Terms and conditions

This is a translation for your convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

A. Basic terms

Provider: Wellness club Plzeň DZ s.r.o., registered office Kaznějovská 2111/6a, 32300 Plzeň

(Company ID: 17604681)

Customer: A natural or legal person ordering services offered by the Provider

Services: The Customer always books the entire Wellness area, which includes:

– a pool with counter-current

– a hot tub and sauna

– a shower

– a relaxation room/massage room

B. Introductory provisions

  1. These general terms and conditions (the “terms”) govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, the mutual rights and obligations between the Provider and the Customer arising from ordering services via the website https://www.wellnessclubplzen.cz/ (the “website”).

  2. The website contains all information about the services provided, including the current price list and all related fees.

  3. The Provider may amend or supplement these terms.

C. Ordering services via the website

  1. To book the Wellness area, the Customer fills in the booking form on the website. For a successful booking, the duration (1–4 hours), date, time and phone number must be filled in. After the completed booking form is sent, the Customer always receives a confirmation text message.

  2. Once the confirmation text message is delivered, the booking is binding and mutual rights and obligations arise between the Customer and the Provider.

  3. Cancelling a Booking (Order) is possible via the website or by phone. When a booking is cancelled, the cancellation terms in point F of these terms apply.

D. Price and payment terms

  1. Prices of services, including all related fees and surcharges, are given in the price list available on the website.

  2. The price can be paid:

– by bank transfer via the secure payment channel of the connected payment gateway to the Provider’s account No. 313600189/0300 held with Československá obchodní banka, a. s., in Czech crowns. As the payment reference (variable symbol), enter the phone number to which the booking confirmation text message was sent

– in cash on site, at least 24 hours in advance (before using the services).

E. Gift vouchers

  1. As a gift for someone close to you, the Provider issues gift vouchers for massages and luxury packages such as Möet, Bohemia and Romance. A full overview including prices is available on the website.

  2. To order a gift voucher, it must first be ordered by phone at +420 723 941 089 or by email at:info@wellnessclubplzen.cz

  3. An issued gift voucher is valid only until the date stated on it.

  4. Once issued, a gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  5. To redeem a voucher, a prior booking is required, either by phone or via the website, similarly to point C of these terms.

  6. A booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booked service, or at least 14 days in advance for accommodation. Otherwise the gift voucher becomes invalid.

F. Cancellation of bookings

  1. All confirmed bookings are BINDING.

  2. If the Customer cancels a Booking (Order), the following cancellation terms apply:

– Booking cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the booked service, or at least 14 days in advance for accommodation – free of charge

– Booking cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the booked service, or less than 14 days in advance for accommodation – cancellation fee of the full amount (100% of the booking price).

  1. Cancellation fees are paid as set out in point D(2) of these terms.

G. Penalties

  1. Breaches of the house rules will incur financial penalties:
    of 1,000 CZK
    (jumping into the water and others)

  2. Smoking is prohibited under a penalty of 100 EUR.

H. Protection of personal data

  1. The controller of the personal data you provide to us in connection with booking our services is Wellness club Plzeň DZ s.r.o., Company ID: 17604681, registered office: Kaznějovská 2111/6a, 32300 Plzeň. This data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons.

I. Validity and effect

  1. These terms come into force and take effect on 1 January 2018

  2. The current version of these terms is published on the website www.wellnessclubplzen.cz .
